Tara Kuhn from Hearing Works (https://www.hearing-works.co.za/blue-route-mall/), will deliver a presentation devoted to information about dangerous noise levels, to the prevention of hearing loss and to the promotion of healthy and safe listening practices for professionals who may rely on their hearing.

Tara has worked as an audiologist/speech therapist for 20 years, building experience across a range of clinical settings, community projects and service delivery models. As an audiology clinical educator at UCT, she has collaborated on various local, national and international projects around hearing loss, education, community-based rehabilitation and Deaf empowerment.
