UCT Religion Ethics a research and reading group facilitated by Professor Abdulkader Tayob and focuses on ethics in religion and public life in Africa. We meet on Thursdays at 4pm in a weekly Team Channel. We use the channel to share readings materials and comments. The Channel regularly hosts speakers on the topic of ethics and religion with a particular focus on Islam. The weekly reading group is part of Professor Tayob’s research project funded by the National Research Foundation of South Africa.
