Ms Shirley Whitmore

Shirley Whitmore joined the University of Cape Town's Science Faculty in 1986. She retired from the School of Languages and Literature as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the end of 2020. Since her retirement date she has continuously worked at UCT helping out in a number of faculties. Shirley has 36 years of institutional knowledge that has greatly helped in her current contract at the Centre for Social Science Research and at the Institute for Democracy Citizenship and Public Policy in Africa as a Senior Administrative Officer.
