The SACM at the University of Cape Town offers world-class performances of African and world music, classical, jazz, opera and technology-inspired compositions on a weekly basis throughout the academic year on Tuesday evenings and Thursday Lunch Hours.

2024 Season Tickets available now!
You can now become a Friend of the South African College of Music (SACM) by becoming a Season Ticket holder. This will enable you to secure your preferred seat in the Baxter Concert Hall for all SACM concerts.
The Season Ticket holder is free to choose which concerts to attend. Tickets are transferrable, so family and friends may attend concerts with you or even without you.
First semester (February - June 2024)
15 concerts
R1260 (full price) | R950 (pensioners 60+)

Second semester (July - November 2024)

2024 Concert Vouchers
Alternatively, you can support the SACM by purchasing a set of 10 vouchers at a 20% discount price on all concerts before the concert year starts. The cost for 10 concert vouchers for 2024 is R720. Vouchers can be exchanged for tickets at the ticket desk on the night of your chosen concert but do not guarantee your seating preference. We will always do our best to seat you in your choice of seating.
Vouchers need to be used within the year they are issued. We no longer accept concert vouchers purchased in previous years.
