Tadesse Hunduma Banja
Tadesse Hunduma Banja, pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Science at Addis Ababa University, holds an MSc in Geo-Information Science from AAU, a BSc in Land Resources Management & Environmental Protection from Mekelle University, and a BA in Pure Economics from Haramaya University. His career includes roles at the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute and the Oromia Urban Land Information System Management Project Coordination Office, focusing on biodiversity conservation, GIS, and urban land inventory. His research spans bird communities, forest cover change, soil fertility, soil loss modeling, and GPS accuracy evaluation, contributing significantly to Ethiopia's environmental conservation and sustainable development. His research focuses on the investigating impacts of LULCC on soil erosion, sediment movement and soil fertility of the CzASE Project Ethiopian study site.
