Mbulelo Ncube
Mbulelo Ncube is trained in International Relations (Georgia College and State University) and holds a Master's degree in Development Policy and Practice (University of Cape Town). Ncube is the 2023 Mandela Rhodes Scholar. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding and addressing global challenges through a multidisciplinary lens. At Environmental Humanities South, Ncube is pursuing a PhD with a focus on Critical Zones and Governance, as part of the Critical Zones Africa project. His research aims to explore and develop integrative policies that effectively protect critical environmental zones, doing so by bridging the gap between theoretical insights and practical policy implementation.
Ncube seeks to contribute to sustainable development and environmental conservation on a global scale. His work is characterised by a holistic approach, recognising the intricate interplay between ecological systems and governance frameworks.
