The ME99 Chronicle was set up to keep delegates informed of upcoming events and to present and preserve a record of key addresses and discussions at the Multi-Event 1999. Issues appeared on each day of the Conference (no events were scheduled at the main venue for Wednesday). The articles presented here provide a day-to-day description of what went on at the ME99.
