Congratulations to our head of department, Dr Andiswa Mfengu, for being appointed Chairperson of the NCLIS (National Council for Library & Information Service)for 2025-2028.
The PGDipLIS annual prize-giving ceremony took place on 22 October, marking both the awarding of prizes and a farewell to the class as they completed their final week of lectures and prepared for their final examinations.
