Dr Zuziwe Msomi

Dr Zuziwe Msomi is a lecturer in the African Studies section of the new African Studies and Linguistics Department at the University of Cape. Her primary research interest is whiteness and whiteness studies. Other interests include: the legal protection of indigenous knowledge, language, discourse analysis, the constructions and deployment of race, higher education, privilege, and inequality. Her areas of research share the common threads of domination, oppression, and agency. Zuziwe is currently working on a monograph based on her PhD research.
