Brief Biography:
Josphine holds a Batchelor of Social Work Degree from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social development. Among her various roles, she describes herself as a person-centred social worker who is passionate about social justice and sustainable change. She embodies these values working as a social worker in child protection. Josphine dreams of an equal world where vulnerable groups of people, especially persons with disabilities, can access opportunities and participate equally in economic social activities. Through her master’s studies, she hopes to change the narrative of persons living with disabilities through advocacy and awareness creation related to employment and life skills development.
