Linda Nkone

Linda is a qualified filmmaker, who studied Film and Television through East Coast Media Academy in Bloemfontein. During her studies she achieved an award for the best short film at the academy. She is also a UCT TV Stepping Stone programme graduate.

Linda went on to work for Visual Impact, where she learnt techniques in broadcasting, multi-cam in-studio setup as well as how to operate sound and lights. She has worked on productions with major South African brands such as Ackerman’s and Checkers. 

At UCT TV Studio, Linda is the technical assistant. Her role is to work with clients and students, to prepare gear, offer training and support, as well as assist in UCT TV productions where necessary.
