Ananda Fuchs

Ananda Fuchs is a certified TRE® provider and an experienced creator and manager of performing arts, education and dance training, with a passion for community upliftment. She combines TRE®, embodiment techniques, holistic healing and development with a trauma-informed and healing-centred approach. Ananda has been a member of the team in the manual development and facilitation of educational projects and workshops for the WCED and CTLI in bringing STEAM and integrated learning to over 400 primary school teachers since 2018.  She currently runs her own therapeutic TRE® practice for individuals, groups, organisations and schools under the name Somatic Jam TRE®.  Ananda has been working with the South African College of Music, UCT, as a freelance movement consultant since 2021.
