The South African College of Music (SACM) at the University of Cape Town is committed to giving our students the best possible practical and professional experience towards their future careers.
We look forward to seeing you at our 2025 SACM Concerts this performance season.
The SACM hosts weekly Tuesday evening concerts at the Baxter Concert Hall that start at 19:00.
Free Lunch Hour Concerts are hosted every Thursday from 13:00–14:00 in the Baxter Concert Hall or in the Chisholm Recital Room (C7) at the College.

You can also purchase tickets in person during Box Office hours:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
- Saturday, 12:00–19:00
Parking is available in the vicinity of the Baxter and the SACM. There are no fees for parking.
For refreshments, the Baxter Long Bar operates before and after every performance and during intermission.

The 2025 South African College of Music UCT Symphony Orchestra Showcase, conceptualised and conducted by Brandon Phillips with performances by students in Opera, Classical, Jazz and African/Pan African music sections with MC Alan Committee.
