HUMA Book Launch
Author: Megan Choritz, Independent Playwright, Director and Writer
Introduction: Lost Property tells the story of Laine, who gets a rude awakening when her marriage collapses after 15 years of lies and betrayal. Not all she believed in so strongly about her husband Mark is straightforward and adorable. As her world falls apart, memories of her Johannesburg childhood in apartheid South Africa come back and become a critical force on her road towards healing and moving on with her life. There are birds here, and they too help enrich the story in the most alluring ways.
