October events with Henning Melber

This week the Institute hosted two events with Van Zyl Slabbert visiting professor Henning Melber. The first was a seminar on democracy in Namibia. The other was a focused workshop on political parties in southern Africa. Professor Melber is an Extraordinary Professor at the Department of Political Sciences at the University of Pretoria, and Professor Extraordinary at the Centre for Africa Studies at the University of the Free State.
