Juliana Maria Costa
Juliana Maria Costa is a Visiting Doctoral Research Fellow at HUMA, pursuing a PhD at the University of São Paulo. Juliana is a public administrator with an MBA from the University of São Paulo in Public Management and research with a focus on racial and gender equity in scientific careers. In her PhD, she researches the framework of complementary actions to racial inclusion policies underway in Brazil and South Africa. She is a member of the TOTH-CRIARCOMC Group, dedicated to studies on Creativity, Innovation, Communication and Marketing, where she contributes to research on University Cities (MIL) - Media and Information Literacy. At HUMA, Juliana dedicates herself to researching academic and professional experiences, people's experiences, mental health, institutional integration, inclusion and belonging in different groups of the university community with a scholarship from the Santander International Mobility Program.
