Taking pictures, telling stories – Paul Weinberg

Cape Town is a city full of stories, some predictable and many yet untold. This is a joint exhibition, curated by Paul Weinberg, of local photographers from different walks of life and perspectives who have used their cameras to tell stories about the city, its people, environments and cultures. The exhibition was a compilation of work produced by students in a documentary photography course run by Paul Weinberg. The course offered insights into how established international and local photographers ply their craft in telling stories with their cameras.

The exhibition was shown during the Month of Photography in 2008 and at the Exposure Gallery in Cape Town in January 2010.
