Submission of an article to JIS implies that it has not been previously published and is not simultaneously being considered for publication elsewhere. The maximum length of articles is 10,000 words, and for reviews 1,000 words. Responsibility for opinions expressed and for the accuracy of facts published in articles and reviews rests solely with the individual author(s). Articles should include an abstract of not more than 150 words.
