Monitoring African Accords

Dr Michael Aeby gave the October 8th Institute seminar on Monitoring African Accords: Implementation Monitoring in Zimbabwe’s GPA and the APSA. His work serves to outline the emerging debate on implementation and monitoring mechanisms, review Zimbabwe’s GPA process and discuss the hybrid design and workings of JOMIC, which offers cautionary lessons for prospective transitions and the design of multifunctional implementation mechanisms.
