Afrobarometer: Round 9 Survey Update

The Afrobarometer Data Management Team based in the Institute are close to finalising all of the data from Round 9 of Afrobarometer's Surveys.

A total of more than 54,000 interviews were conducted in 39 countries, by more than 1,300 interviewers in 118 languages.

In September, the Data Management team held its first full in-person planning meeting since 2019. It was attended by team members from Accra, Nairobi and Tunis in addition to the members based in Cape Town.
