Lighting Workshop

Michaelis Photography 3rd and 4th years recently took part in a Photography Workshop organised by BronColour lighting at Photo Hire in early March. Three young South African photographers, including Marnus Meyer and Alena Gelen, demonstrated their abilities with high tech and state of the art photographic equipment, constructing beautifully lit scenarios. The photography students learned about lighting both in the studio in fashion and editorial shoots and outside in a very dramatic skateboarding shoot.
