2019 Tierney workshops in Johannesburg

2019 Michaelis Tierney fellow, Thero Makepe, and his mentors Dominique Edwards and Svea Josephy, joined colleagues at Market Photo Workshops and WITS in Johannesburg for the biannual Tierney Fellowship Workshops in October. At the workshops they were joined by some of South Africa’s most prominent photographers and academics who all gave input into the Tierney fellows project.
