Sony World Photography Awards Open Competition Announcement
Today the winners of the 2021 Sony World Photography Awards were announced. We are very excited to see that Tamary Kudita, Michaelis graduate class of 2017 who majored in photography at the school, has been awarded the Sony World Photo Award in the open category. In 2019 Carla Meyer-Kleinhans was a finalist in the student category. Tamary is featured in the virtual award ceremony about 10 minutes into the video on this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIXYIfesGOQ. Her image was selected from 16500 images.
