The International Academic Programmes Office (IAPO) is the first port of call for all international students at the University of Cape Town. The role of this Office is to provide support services to international students prior to their arrival as well as for the duration of their stay at UCT. This office offers a wide range of services that include:

1. Assistance with UCT's application procedures
2. Advice regarding study visas;
3. General advice about student life at UCT as well living in Cape Town.
