Official Launch of the Global Parenting Initiative

The Safety and Violence Initiative at the Centre for Social Sciences Research at the University of Cape Town invites you to join us for the official launch of the Global Parenting Initiative online on 06 December 2022 14:00-15:30 (SAST)!

Our vision is bold, ambitious and immediate: to prevent violence against children and equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to help their children realise their full potential.

Join us for our online inaugural event launching our 5-year plan to support the scale-up and institutionalisation of evidence-based playful parenting programmes in the Global South, and globally.

We will hear from members of our global team about our key focus areas, including cutting-edge research and innovation, capacity building, and advocacy for delivery of free, human-digital programmes for every parent, everywhere.
