Richard Higgs
Richard Higgs is a lecturer in the Department of Knowledge and Information Stewardship and convenor of the Masters programme in Digital Curation since 2014. He is currently busy with a PhD on the topic of digital representations of Sarah Baartman. He holds an MA from UCT, an MLitt from the University of Montpellier and a BA Hons from Wits. Before entering academia, Richard spent 20 years as an information management specialist in the public and commercial sectors.
