Western Cape Minister of Education visit

On the 6 March 2017 the Western Cape Minister of Education, Debbie Schafer was invited as the guest speaker at one of the COSAT assemblies. Minister Schafer’s talk was part of the CWC’s vision to promote learning and create excitement and motivation to learners around their studies and the purpose of schooling.

Minister Schafer addressed the learners about the significance of putting themselves and their education first in considering their futures. She highlighted the importance of investing daily towards this goal through the school curriculum and by learners educating themselves beyond what one learns in the classroom.
