UCT's School of Education hosted the 19th Annual LITASA Conference bringing together educators, researchers, and practitioners to explore the multifaceted nature of literacy learning across diverse contexts.

After just one year in the classroom, NQTs could already relate to some of Mavikela’s pearls of wisdom. She said teachers are not just teachers.

Many members of Gen Z are unaware of the indigenous games their parents played during their childhood. The OERiGA project is documenting indigenous games to equip Gen Z educators and learners with essential skills for the digital age.
