"I hold an undergraduate degree in African Languages and Literatures, Media Studies, and Gender Studies; honours degree and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in the African languages and Literatures department. My master's thesis is titled: Multilingualism in South African Higher Education: An Evaluation of UCT’s Mechanical Engineering isiXhosa Glossary Implementation Plan. My advocacy for access to equal and quality education has led me into the academic space. My focus is on the “move towards a multilingual higher education” and with the launch of the UCT language policy to the future of the development of African Languages at UCT and to a greater extent South African higher education institutions.”
