Mr Thulani Nzama

Thulani Nzama is a PhD student in the Department of African languages at the University of Cape Town. His research focuses on literary anthroponomy in isiZulu texts, with a keen interest in how names reflect historical and cultural narratives in apartheid and post-apartheid literature. Thulani brings extensive academic and teaching experience to his studies, enriched by his prior qualifications and lecturing roles. He actively participates in postgraduate research activities and presented a section of his PhD at the 2024 ALASA Conference.
