Award-winning novelist Claire Robertson offers a short history of imagining and mis-imagining ourselves, and thoughts on using the tools and gifts of fiction to choose and understand the framework of those “things that are no longer and things that are not yet.”
Claire Robertson is the author of
The Spiral House, which won the 2014
Sunday Times Fiction Prize and a South African Literary Award, and
The Magistrate of Gower, shortlisted for the 2016
Sunday Times Fiction Prize.
Under Glass, her latest novel, was published in January 2018. She lives in Simon’s Town.
